How long does a car wash or detail take?
Typically, our exterior wash takes about an hour. The time for full detailing depends on how dirty the car is, but we'll give you an estimate when you book.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the following areas: Chantilly, Herndon, Fairfax, Oak Hill, and Reston. If you're outside these areas, please contact us, and we'll work together to find a solution.
Do I need to be home when you service my car?
No, you don't need to be home for us to service your car. We can handle everything while you're away. However, we do ask that you remove any personal items from the car before the service.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay for your convenience.
Can I schedule a same-day or emergency service?
Yes, we offer same-day and emergency services. Please contact us, and we'll work together to fit you in as soon as possible.
What should I do before the car wash or detail?
Please remove any personal items from your car to ensure we can clean every area. Other than that, you don't need to do anything else!
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the service?
If you're not satisfied, let us know! We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure you're happy with the results.
